WHO ARE WE?

Clover Country Meats is situated at the foothills of the Dial Range in the midst of the rich farmlands of the North West coast of Tasmania and just 10 minutes drive from the coastal town of Ulverstone.  Clover Country Meats is a licensed abattoir and wholesaler of home-grown meat and smallgoods and is owned and operated by Brian and Jan Bonde.  Clover Country Meats is a subsidiary of Bonde Pastoral farming enterprise providing quality beef and lamb products to butchers, restaurants and direct retail sales to customers. 
Clover Country Meats has a unique opportunity to see a product develop from ‘paddock to plate’ and is able to ensure that stock is finished to perfection.  Brian and Jan and their team of qualified staff ensure quality at every stage of the process from the selection of the meat, the supervision of finishing through the slaughtering process and packaging for sale.

Clover Country Meats is able to achieve a consistent level of quality through the use of well bred beef and lambs grown to take advantage of the lush pastures and temperate climate and providing a superior product full of tenderness and flavor.

Products and Services

Clover Country Meats produce a full range of products from their Beef and Lamb which has been finished to perfection on farm. You will notice the difference in flavor, quality and price when you purchase our product. Clover Country Meats also purchase quality local Pork and Nichols Chickens and offer a full range of Pork and Chicken products.

Clover Country Meats provide:

- wholesale orders to butchers, restaurants and caterers
- retail orders direct from the farm to customers
- service kill for farmers of their own livestock
